Key Responsibilities
- BOH Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of a complex, high-volume kitchen across multiple service points.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse BOH team to uphold rigorous quality and consistency standards.
- Financial Management: Manage inventory, labor costs, and supply chain partnerships to drive profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain impeccable health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Innovation: Collaborate with leadership on menu enhancements and seasonal features to keep the concept fresh and competitive.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume environment ($2M in Revenue).
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead a large team and maintain a positive, efficient work culture under pressure.
- Systems-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on streamlining BOH processes.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless "front-to-back" house synergy.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience).
