Compensation & Benefits: $80,000 - $90,000 base salary, annual bonus program (est $5-$8k), PTO, dining discounts, and more!
Must-Haves
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience in upscale or casual restaurant operations.
- Proven track record managing high-volume teams and service execution.
- Strong expertise in guest relations and tableside service standards.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and inspire a diverse service team.
- Advanced financial acumen, including deep experience with labor optimization, beverage cost controls, and P&L management.
- Polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills for seamless guest, vendor, and ownership relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless, high-touch guest experiences and flawless service execution.
- Lead, recruit, and develop the floor management team and hourly service staff, cultivating a culture of hospitality excellence.
- Maintain uncompromising standards for food presentation, beverage service, steps of service, and ambient dining environments.
- Cultivate strong guest loyalty by actively engaging on the floor, handling complaints gracefully, and managing VIP relations.
- Manage operational budgets, labor models, and beverage programs to maximize profitability and hit financial targets.
- Champion the restaurant's identity and brand vision, collaborating closely with the culinary team to align kitchen output with service excellence.
