Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 profit sharing bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with match, and unlimited PTO.
Requirements:
• 5 years of destination management experience
• Experience building relationships with client and vendor negotiations, and development and fostering of new and existing relationships.
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Experience in the Colorado market is required
Responsibilities:
• Collaboratively design and execute long-term sales and marketing strategies
• Lead and manage a team of professionals
• Provide visibility and professional partner representation in the local marketplace
• Own and manage budgets for associated goals
• Serve as the strategic partner on the executive management team
