Position Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting campaigns to identify, attract, and engage top-tier hospitality talent using phone outreach, targeted email, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen, evaluate, and guide the candidate pipeline through every stage of the interview and placement process.
• Build and maintain a robust talent network while providing long-term career advice to industry professionals.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive business communication, sales strategy execution, and direct talent acquisition.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in employee selection, interviewing, or team building.
• Strong business acumen accompanied by clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Package Details

• Total Target Compensation: Base plus uncapped commission ($60,000 in Year 1, $80,000 in Year 2, and $100,000 in Year 3)
