What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Performance Crew Members position at Horizon Homes?
Weatherization Technicians needed to help insulate, air seal, and improve the efficiency of Maine homes- come learn a trade in a field that makes a difference for our customers.
We are looking to add to our excellent team of home performance contractors. Horizon Homes helps Maine families work to improve the efficiency of their homes and reduce their dependence on fossil fuels by managing and executing insulation and air sealing projects, as well as doors, windows, and general efficiency contracting.

No experience in the field is required, though trades experience is helpful. Full training in home performance contracting and building science is provided. Our available positions involve air sealing and insulation work and are designed to allow employees, once trained, to grow into team leader and management positions.
Applicants with experience in home performance or team leadership will be considered for the Crew Leader positions.
