ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON

Hospital Information:

We are a critical access hospital and group of rural health clinics, but larger in scope and size than typical rural organizations. We have cutting-edge technology, new offerings for the communities we serve, strong specialty support, and still have the small-town approach and values that make our organization so special.

Our Ortho Practice Information:

• This is an employed position joining an established practice with two physicians and a nurse practitioner.
• We are looking for an experienced individual who is interested in providing comprehensive orthopedic care.
• Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery have excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to providing care.
• We are staffed with 20 primary care physicians and providers, with specialty support in behavioral health, urogynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, spine, pain, dermatology, podiatry, wound care, cosmetics, endocrinology, and cardiology.
• Additionally, we have 11 visiting specialists that see patients in the clinic each month. The hospital has a 24/7 hospitalist service and convenient care for patients.
• We have a physician friendly EMR.
• In 2024, we completed expansion projects including adding an outpatient dialysis center, home health services, pre-anesthesia clinic, and innovative radiology updates.

Compensation range: $580K to $715K, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the potential to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
