Qualifications:
- Current, valid, unrestricted Virginia license (FNP, PA-C)
- Certifications Required: AANPCB (FNP), NCCPA (PA)
- Current, valid, unrestricted DEA license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Three years of primary care experience preferred
- FQHC experience preferred

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
