What You Will Do
· Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
· Provide companionship, encouragement, and social engagement
· Administer medications according to established policies
· Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the nursing or management team
· Assist with meal preparation and dining support
· Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
· Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
· Support residents with transportation and appointments when assigned
· Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional care
What We Are Looking For
· Caring, compassionate, and dependable individuals
· Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· At least 16 years of age
· Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
· Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays

Pay: $17.50 - $21.57 per hour
