We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Horizon Health Homecare & Hospice. In this role, you will provide essential care and comfort to our clients allowing them to stay in their own homes where they are most comfortable. Your contribution will be vital in delivering high-quality care that aligns with our mission of dignity and compassion.
Salary commensurate with experience

- Providing nursing care for homecare and hospice clients throughout Morrison County
Requirements -
- Valid LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Valid driver's license
