What You'll Do
As An HVAC Service Technician, You Will:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Identify solutions that improve home comfort and system performance
- Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and maintenance options
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism on every call
- Maintain accurate records and uphold company quality standards
Industry-Leading Compensation
- Up to $50/hour base pay
- Bonus and incentive programs that reward performance
- Top technicians earn six-figure incomes
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Minimum of two weeks PTO for all new hires
- No on-call rotation
- Multiple shift options available

- Four 10-hour shift schedules available

- More than 150 hours of paid training annually
