What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Horizon Goodwill Industries?
Job Summary:
The employee shall perform on-site job duties outlined in the contract.
Essential Functions:
Clean assigned indoor and outdoor areas including but not limited to:
- Trash removal
- Cleaning of restrooms
- Grass cutting/landscaping
- Snow removal
Ability to learn and perform custodial procedures and techniques to use light and heavy custodial equipment.
Ability to understand and follow all required safety procedures and policies.
Capable of working on foot for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent but not required
- Ability to pass pre-hire screenings, such as background or drug screening.
