Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foreman for a full-time, on-site role located in Green Bay, WI. The Foreman will oversee daily operations on job sites, manage a team of technicians, coordinate work schedules, and ensure the installation of firestop systems, mechanical insulation and other safety solutions is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities also include ensuring proper use of tools and equipment, maintaining safety protocols, addressing project challenges, and reporting progress to management.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team
- Proficiency with basic construction standards
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to report job progress and provide clear direction
- Experience in caulking or insulation and construction-related tasks is preferred
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used on-site
- Knowledge of firestop systems, safety compliance, and best practices is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Green Bay, WI and travel as needed for projects within the state
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or firestop systems are an advantage
