Monday from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
Tuesday from 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM
Wednesday from 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM
Thursday from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
Friday from 08:30 AM to 02:30 PM
Saturday: Occasional Saturday Shift
Job Description:
Busy Gynecology office seeking a high energy, reliable, team player who is able to multi-task. The position includes travelling to our New Windsor office once a week.
Responsibilities :
-Medical Assistant will room patients, get patient history and obtain vital signs
- manage patient records, review medications
- perform tests ordered by physician
- gather appropriate patient information including but not limited to insurance, labs and diagnostic imaging
-utilize knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to accurately document
Requirements:
- Proficient in obtaining vital signs
- Phlebotomy experience preferred (will train)
- Minimum Experience Required: 6 Months preferred
- E Clinical Works (ECW) experience preferred
- Able to multi-task
