✈️ Treasury Analyst
We are partnering with a relationship-driven commercial aircraft lessor to hire a Treasury Analyst to work closely with the Treasury team. This detail oriented and proactive role will play an integral part in supporting treasury operations, maintaining financial data integrity, ensuring timely reporting, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Contracts, Technical and Legal teams.
🔍 Key Responsibilities include:
Documentation Management & Organization
- Maintain and update the agreed treasury folder structure for optimal accessibility
- Monitor incoming emails and save relevant treasury-related documents
- Timely data entry in and maintenance of Treasury Management System Salmon in compliance with internal controls
- Extract key financial terms from financing agreements and input into LeaseWorks. Work closely with Commercial, Contracts, and Legal teams to interpret and apply contract terms relevant to treasury operations
Operational Support & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage and monitor deliverables internally and to third parties
- Schedule and coordinate treasury-related meetings, including agenda prep and follow-ups
- Coordinate appraisal requests related to aircraft loan funding and reporting
- Collaborate with the Cash Manager to and facilitate account openings and closures in line with internal controls
Reporting & Compliance
- Support management and monitoring covenant compliance
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date reporting dashboards for CFO
- Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries
Process Optimization & Documentation
- Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring treasury tasks
- Identify inefficiencies in document flow or data entry and propose improvements
- Ensure version control and audit trails for all treasury-related documentation
✔️ Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Treasury or Banking Asset Finance Department within leasing, aviation, or asset-based industries.
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage high-value, complex transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with lessees globally.
- A team player with strong collaborative skills and desire to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Familiarity with financial systems such as LeaseWorks and Salmon (preferred)
- Ability to interpret financing agreements and extract relevant financial terms
- Effective communication and collaboration across departments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; we are in an international business and languages other than English are a plus.
