- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multi-family the construction industry with an emphasis on multi-building projects ranging in size from $10MM - $60MM.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven abilities of critical thinking, attention to detail, and highest quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
