In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic HR partner supporting our HMS operations and Shared Services team. Your work will directly influence how we attract, develop, and retain talent across our organization.
- Lead talent management initiatives to attract and retain top performers
- Drive employee engagement programs and act on survey insights
- Support onboarding, mentorship programs, and leadership development
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates across multiple roles
- Build relationships with colleges, agencies, and talent pipelines
- Lead targeted hiring campaigns and manage temp agency partnerships
- Coach leaders and support performance management processes
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance
- Strengthen workplace culture through proactive HR guidance
- Administer payroll and maintain HRIS data integrity (Paylocity)
- Manage benefits programs, open enrollment, and employee support
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with ACA and COBRA
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology
- Support AI-driven tools and improve workflows across HR functions
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Partner with safety teams and support OSHA-related efforts
- Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
