As a Payroll Coordinator at Horizon, you will:
- Oversee payroll processing for all companies and employees.
- Complete all payroll-related reporting for both internal and external use.
- Process W2’s and 1095’s.
- Oversee all payroll-related UKG updates.
- Oversee 401k contributions and loan payments.
- Set up any new states and oversees out-of-state payroll and reporting.
- Complete special projects as assigned.

- 3 years’ payroll and computer systems experience required.
- Experience with all payroll-related tax filings
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- UKG experience preferred

Hours:
This position is full-time from Monday – Friday.
Compensation
Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. This position starts with a salary range of $55,000 - $63,000. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.
Physical demands associated with this position include:
- Sitting for extended periods, alternating between standing and sitting
- Mobility required with repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
- Handling light duties, occasionally lifting objects up to 20 pounds
