We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to support our technical operations team. This part-time internship (up to 20 hours per week) is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a technical support environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Support end-users with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Perform routine system checks and updates.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
- Help with inventory management of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with help desk software or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:
