Cleaner

The Lead Cleaner is a team leader who works alongside the cleaning team while also being responsible for ensuring daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. This role provides guidance, support, and direction to cleaners during each shift, helping assign tasks, answer questions, and maintain productivity. While the Lead Cleaner is not a management position, they serve in a supervisory capacity as the primary point of contact for the cleaning team on-site. The person in this position reports directly to the owners and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is a skilled cleaner who leads by example and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
