Job Description:
Horizon Cable Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Rigging Hand to join our dynamic team in Casper, Wyoming. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the oilfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricating wire rope and chain slings
- Inspecting, testing, and certifying lifting equipment
- Maintaining accurate inspection and certification records
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Communicate with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading of freight deliveries
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills related to rigging through ongoing training and development
- Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs
Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Very detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Dependable and punctual
- Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate
