JOB POSITION
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Battery Service Technician to join our team in Houston. This position is fully on-site and involves the inspection and repair of industrial battery systems and related electrical equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background and excellent problem-solving skills,
Responsabilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of industrial battery systems and associated electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing instruments and procedures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Technical training or education in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field.
- Experience with industrial batteries or energy storage equipment is a plus. .
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport.
- Availability to attend initial training in Switzerland.
- Flexibility to travel for technical training, customer support activities, and company meetings when needed.
