- Under direction of Engineers, build and operate a Plasma laboratory.
- Perform leak checking for medium to high vacuum integrity and troubleshooting of vacuum systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of testing equipment and instruments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Weld pipes and fabricate parts as required for testing setups or equipment modification.
- Experience in fabrication and/or procurement of medium to high-vacuum systems and chamber components.
- Knowledge of high frequency (kHz to GHz) power supplies, low temperature plasma generation systems, matching networks.
- Pumping system competency, rotary, scroll, roots, turbomolecular, cryogenic.
- Versed in vacuum and gas system instrumentation, such as mass flow controllers, capacitance diaphragm gauges, residual gas analyzers.
- High competency in RF, high voltage, and general electrical power safety.
- General competency and safety knowledge with positive pressure gas delivery systems used in semiconductor.
