In this role, you’ll craft high-quality content, support major industry events, and help strengthen both our customer-facing and internal communications.This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, organized communicator who enjoys learning about advanced technologies, managing multiple projects, and driving measurable marketing impact. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Marketing & Technical CommunicationsTranslate technical product and application information into clear, concise messaging for a variety of channels.Write and edit content for email campaigns, advertising, press releases, social media, case studies, product sheets, and video scripts.Manage the content calendar in collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with new product launches and key market topics.Track and evaluate performance metrics.Event Planning & ExecutionLead the coordination of industry conferences, tradeshows and customer events across North America—from planning through onsite execution.Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence.Internal CommunicationsSupport internal communication initiatives, including the monthly employee newsletter and HR-driven messaging.Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure consistent and engaging internal content. Project ManagementOwn timelines, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination to keep marketing projects on track.Work with subject matter experts to gather and organize technical information efficiently.
