Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Omaha, NE. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the front desk to ensure a professional and welcoming first impression. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception and conference area. The role also involves performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing basic correspondence or documents as directed. The Receptionist will collaborate with attorneys and staff to support client intake, coordinate meetings, and help ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing visitor flow in a professional setting.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Proficient Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including basic office software proficiency (e.g., email, calendars, word processing), filing, and document organization.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle legal and personal information with care.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services office is preferred but not required.
