Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through outside sales efforts, ensuring their insurance needs are fully understood and met.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolios to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options with clients and insurance providers to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing quotes, policy renewals, endorsements, and documentation updates efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our insurance services through telemarketing campaigns, community outreach, or multilingual communication strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist with benefits administration for clients’ employee benefits packages when applicable, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields.
