NURSERY/GROW FINISH MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Progressive sow farm operation seeking a reliable, skilled Farm Maintenance Technician to join our Nursery/Grow Finish team.
Responsibilities include:
- General building and equipment maintenance
- Electrical, plumbing, and ventilation system repairs
- Preventative maintenance of feeders, water systems, and confinement equipment
- Welding and fabrication (preferred)
- Troubleshooting and emergency repairs as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience required (agricultural experience preferred)
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Compensation:
- $47,000 – $54,000 per year, based on experience
- Benefits package available: Health, Life, 401K, HSA, PTO, Holiday Pay, etc.
