At Hord Coplan Macht (HCM), we are looking for a strong Office Manager/ Market Sector Admin to join our team.
About the Position
Office Manager
- Manage and oversee all office specific needs, daily operations of facility
- Liaison to Building Management – obtaining building access and parking cards, reporting maintenance, or housekeeping issues, etc.
- Facilitate appliance and equipment orders, maintenance, and repairs
- Assist Managing Principal with tasks (planning office wide events, organizing moves etc.)
- Order office supplies
- Work with office vendors
- Schedule Lunch and Learns for the office
- Kitchen duties
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Required to be in the office Monday through Thursday
- Renewal of professional licenses and memberships
- Process state licenses applications for Market Sector employees
- Book of all travel for conferences, site visits, etc.
- Assist Market Sector Leader with tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative support role
- Strong proficiency with computer and administrative skills and/or experience with MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the firm
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ever-changing priorities
- Strong organization and time management skills
