Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Job Summary

Hopwood Logistics is looking for drivers to transport individuals to and from their daily medical appointments throughout Wisconsin. This position is for independently contracted drivers. This means you set your availability, and we work with you.

Duties

• Provide a service that is safe, dependable, and pleasant.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to appointment schedules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and staff regarding appointment/member status as needed.
• Assist individuals getting into and out of the vehicle as needed.

Confirm trips in advance by calling or texting members the day before their scheduled appointment

Experience/Requirements

• Must be a self-starter who is able to manage their day in a timely and accurate manner.
• Be able to work remotely and perform your duties independently and with a high level of professionalism and success.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (no probationary license accepted)
• Clean driving record.
• We are required to run a background and driving record check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Use your own vehicle: must be a 4-door vehicle that a member can safely get in and out of and can pass a safety inspection by our broker (no pickup trucks).
• Keep your vehicle maintained. It must be clean inside and out and in optimal running condition.
• Experience in non-emergency medical transportation settings is a plus.
• The ability to complete the onboarding in a timely manner.

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
