What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven line cook experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Catering experience is a plus.
- A true team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep up during busy service.
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and maintaining a sanitary workstation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and proper food handling procedures.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during high-volume service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with prep work, catering events, and other kitchen responsibilities as needed.
