What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forensic Psychologist position at Hopper Consulting and Staffing LLC?
Forensic Psychologist Duties:
- Multiple locations available: Macclenny, FL, Chattahoochee, FL
- $85/hr minimum. Compensated per evaluation.
- Independent completion of competency evaluations for the court pursuant to F.S. 916.
- Independent completion of court ordered evaluations to determine whether individuals committed to DCF as Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity are appropriate for conditional release pursuant to F.S. 916.
- Independent completion and interpretation of violence risk assessments (HCR-20’s etc.), suicide risk assessments, and psychological testing (e.g. memory testing personality testing, and testing for feigning).
- Provide consultation to Recovery Teams regarding forensic and risk issues.
- Has attended the Florida Forensic Examiner Training at least once.
- Attend assigned hospital meetings.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Psychology.
Pay: $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
