What You'll Do
As a Client Services Representative, you'll often be the first person our clients interact with. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while supporting our licensed insurance agents and helping our office operate efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients by phone, email, and in person with warmth and professionalism.
- Build positive relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Assist insurance advisors with client communication and follow-up.
- Prepare applications, forms, and documentation for insurance carriers.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate producers' calendars.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients appropriately.
- Assist with administrative projects and office operations.
- Look for opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure every client receives exceptional service.

Schedule
