Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

• Current Property and Casualty license required.
• Bilingual with strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Detailed, organized with great time management skills.

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
• Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers.
• Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages and life insurance.
• Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
• Ethical conduct at all times.
