Target Digital Network Analyst Levels-2 to 4

Hoplite Solutions is seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at multiple locations to include  Maryland. As a TDNA, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security. These positions are for upcoming open positions expected to be released in January 2026. As a TDNA, you will:Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leadsEnsure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target informationMaintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysisIdentify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gapsEmploy multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprintsApply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missionsBe part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertiseApply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insightsDistill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumersQualifications:Active TS/SCI with polygraphLevel 22 years’ applicable experience with a PhD, OR3 years’ applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR5 years’ applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR7 years’ applicable experience with an associate degree, OR9 years’ applicable experience without a degreeLevel 34 years’ applicable experience with a PhD, OR6 years’ applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR8 years’ applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR10 years’ applicable experience with an associate degree, OR12 years’ applicable experience without a degreeLevel 47 years’ applicable experience with a PhD, OR9 years’ applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR11 years’ applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR13 years’ applicable experience with an associate degree, OR15 years’ applicable experience without a degreeRelevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases). In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.Hoplite Solutions offers very competitive salaries and an excellent benefits package, to include a 7% employer 401k contribution, fully paid healthcare for our employees, outstanding training benefits, company funded life insurance and short-term disability insurance, and many more.Powered by JazzHRYE5SOnmIk4
