Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Paralegal at Hopkins & Windett, LLC, located in Dover, DE. The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for preparing/drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing client communications, and assisting the attorney in all aspects of case management. The role includes drafting, reviewing and organizing case documents, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in Research and Document Review
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in family law is a plus
- Proficiency in legal software and tools is beneficial
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred
