POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Enterprise Sales Representative is a New Logo/Business Development Sales role with responsibility to win major new logos primarily targeting companies with $50M to $250M in annual revenue directly with national brands. This is a new and focused business development role, and the successful applicant will work closely with Marketing to develop successful programs to develop their territory.
We are looking for people to work a hybrid schedule and be able to come into one of our facilities/offices in the following cities: Columbus, OH, Moonachie/Newark, NJ, Miami, FL, Arlington, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Dayton, OH.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following:
- Build clear and solid plans to be successful in developing new business.
- Work with Marketing to prioritize and execute highly targeted/account-based approaches to drive major new logo acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong client and prospect relationships including C-level and Senior roles in Vendor Relations, Procurement, Marketing and IT, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (including Estimating, Marketing, Product Management and IT to win and close new logos and/or additional up-sell services and product opportunities including integrated solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Utilize a solution-based sales methodology and ability to develop programs of recurring work.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of territory insights and competitive intelligence, including key market trends and differentiation strategies, while providing strategic updates to leadership.
- Accurately manages pipeline and performance through use of CRM and Reporting tools.
- Independently manages time and resources effectively.
- Maintains performance standards while working remotely.
- Attend all department/company meetings, as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Ten (10) years of business development experience, including:
-Development of individual new business accounts with revenue of 250K each per annum
-Experience selling into senior level decision makers in Marketing and/or Procurement functions.
-Proven success selling into sectors such as national or large regional brands retail, gas stations, fashion, restaurants and finance.
- Experience working in a remote team environment.

- Skilled in negotiating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive favorable outcomes.
- Effective in presenting to and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experienced in delivering in-person client presentations tailored to business needs.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Suite).
- Able to collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
- Adaptable and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
