Warehouse Associate

Position Title: Receiver, Manifest Operator, IC, Rework, Packer, High Reach Operator, Forklift Operator, Picker, QC, Trailer Loader

Job Description:

Responsible for a variety of distribution duties including Trailer Unloading, Inventory Receipt, Inventory Control, Replen / Putaway, Picking / Order Selecting, Quality Control, Trailer Loading, Shipping Documentation Processing

Shift Time(s):

· Day Shift:

o Mon – Fri – 8 – 10 Hrs

· Night Shift

o Mon – Fri – 8 – 10 Hrs

· Weekend Shift

o Fri - Sun – 12 Hrs

Essential Functions:

· Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, stage) using applicable P.I.E / MHE Equipment.

· Prepared and complete orders for delivery according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label, load and ship) using applicable P.I.E / MHE Equipment.

· Ensures work is completed using the most efficient flow to optimize output

· Ensures accurate counts and processes through the RF scan gun

· Reports any discrepancies

· Follows quality service standards and complies with procedures, rules and regulations

· Perform P.I.E. / MHE inspection for operating efficiency and safety

· Actively participates in Hopkins Safety Programs, such as Safety & PIE help desks, behavior -based safety audits, safe work cards and reports all near misses and first aid events.

· Maintains a clean and organized working environment

· Fill in as / If needed for other Frontline Roles & Responsibilities

· Assists distribution center as needed; communicates with co-workers and supervision

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous DC & P.I.E. / MHE Equipment Operations experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $20.00 per hour
