HMG is hiring a high-performance field sales professional to build and grow a network of trailer dealer partners.
You’ll deliver:
Floor Plan Financing (Inventory Growth)
Consumer Financing Solutions (Close More Deals)
This is a business development account growth role — not just sales.
YOUR MISSION
Own the full dealer lifecycle:
Prospect → Enroll → Activate → Scale
- Win new trailer dealer accounts
- Launch dealers and drive first deals within 30 days
- Keep dealers active and growing
- Scale monthly volume and revenue
- Act as a trusted advisor to increase dealer sales
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect and close new dealer partnerships
- Train dealers on submissions and deal structuring
- Support first deals and onboarding
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance support
- Help dealers grow inventory using floor planning
- Drive long-term revenue growth across your territory
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- New dealers onboarded every month
- Dealers funding deals within 30 days
- Growing active dealer count
- Increasing monthly production and revenue
WHO YOU ARE
- B2B / Outside Sales Experience
- Strong closer with a hunter mindset
- Relationship-driven and consultative
- CRM experience (pipeline activity management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Self-motivated and comfortable with travel
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Trailer, RV, Auto, or Equipment Sales
- Financing / Lending Experience
- Floor Plan or Inventory Financing Knowledge
