Hopkins Estate Management is seeking a full-time Handyman with tools for an on-site role based in Honolulu, HI. The Handyman will be responsible for performing routine property maintenance, diagnosing and repairing household systems, assembling furniture, and carrying out small-scale construction projects as needed. Responsibilities also include ensuring general upkeep of the property and performing tasks such as painting, appliance installation, light landscaping, and addressing any on-call maintenance emergencies to maintain the functionality and aesthetics of the estate.
- Experience with general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical repairs, and painting.
- Proficiency in the use of a variety of hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and repairing household appliances and systems.
- Ability to handle light landscaping tasks and outdoor maintenance.
- Flexibility to respond to maintenance issues promptly and handle emergency calls as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, well-functioning property.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to access properties across Honolulu, HI.
