Responsibilities
- Lead early childhood education classroom of 3- & 4-year-old students.
- Create and implement high quality lesson plans to promote engagement and learning for students.
- Work within expectations and guidelines of Kentucky state childcare regulations.
- Provide high-quality supervision of children.
- Keep clean and orderly environment.
- Engage with students to ensure developmental success.
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- High School Diploma
- One-year work experience in Licensed Childcare
- Team player, organized, knowledge of child development
Preferred Qualifications
- Child Development Associate
- Associate Degree in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education (IECE)
