Duties
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of licensed pharmacists
- Manage medication intake, verify prescriptions
- Assist with medication administration processes, ensuring correct dosages and patient identification for inpatient care
- Maintain detailed records of medication dispensing, inventory levels, and patient interactions to support safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide excellent patient service
- Follow all safety protocols related to aseptic technique, and handling hazardous medications
Experience
- Proven pharmacy technician experience
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, medication management, and pharmacy operations in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
