Warehouse Team Member - Coolers & Freezers

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing inventory, unloading shipments, and maintaining organized cold-storage environments (coolers and walk-in freezers). • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming warehouse shipments.
• Safely move, stock, and organize products between standard ambient warehouse space, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Ensure stock is rotated properly (FIFO – First In, First Out) to maintain product quality.
• Keep warehouse aisles, cooler spaces, and freezer storage clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Palletize, stage, and prepare orders or merchandise for store distribution.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate stock placement.

• Physical Capability: Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Cold Environment Endurance: Must be comfortable working in cold and sub-zero temperatures (walk-in coolers and freezers) with proper cold-weather gear provided or required.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and able to work productively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience: Prior warehouse, stock room, or cold-storage experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person!
• Safety Mindset: Commitment to following basic safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.
