Job Summary
The Program Director is responsible for the administration and coordination of data collection for the Indepent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q) program for Montgomery County, PA. The Director ensures that all deadlines and the required number of interviews are achieved. The Director is responsible for the recruitment, retention, and training of all monitors. The Director is responsible for the Closing the Loop process within the contracted Administrator Entity (AE) and is responsible for maintaining a working relationship with the AE, provider, and Office of Developmental Programs. The Director will also assist AE Quality Management teams with data as requested.
This is an in person position located in Norristown, Pennsylvania and includes travel throughout Montgomery County. A clean driving record and a reliable vehicle are required. Child Abuse and Criminal Background Clearances are required.
What you’ll do
- Recruit, train and supervise a team of survey monitors, including people with lived experience using intellectual disability services
- Manage the program budget, which is set by the PA Office of Developmental Programs
- Ensure that the survey work is done according to the requirements of the state IM4Q program, including meeting deadlines and ensuring the integrity and privacy of the data collected
- Coordinate with the SCOs to provide up-to-date contact information for participants and to document concerns raised by individuals during the survey process
- Keep a record of incoming calls for resources
Preferred qualifications
- Experience navigating the Intellectual Disability system with their own family member.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Social Sciences or related field with a working knowledge of Intellectual Disability Services.
- Experience working with the IM4Q program strongly preferred.
- Experience with data analysis, supervisory experience, proficiency with computer software applications and data entry is required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize numerous duties.
- Experience with recruitment and training as well as excellent communication skills is a priority for this position.
- As a liaison with community partners, one must have experience with and advocating for those with intellectual disabilities and their support systems.

Projected Total Compensation: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
