Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting individual, couples, and group counseling sessions with diverse populations
- Skilled in performing client assessments and developing effective treatment plans
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
- Experience with documentation practices, clinical notes, and maintaining confidentiality under legal and ethical standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic hybrid environment
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active state license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in Texas or ability to obtain licensure before employment
