CNA Supervisor
The PACE Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, skilled and non-skilled care to participants, in accordance with regulatory standards and HopeWest policies. This role combines leadership, training, and administrative responsibilities, and may serve as clinical support (within designated scope of practice) to the PACE team as needed.

PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 188 PACE programs, serving more than 86,000 participants in 33 states and the District of Columbia.
The number of people aged 55 is increasing in Grand Junction, CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.

What You Bring:
- Current and valid Colorado CNA license, maintained throughout employment.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of prior CNA experience.
- Experience working with older adults is required.
- Experience working with clients who have some cognitive impairment required.
- Experience in a home health setting preferred.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance are maintained throughout employment.
- Able to work in a variety of environments.
- Proficient in computer programs, particularly Microsoft office products.
- Current CPR certification is maintained throughout employment.
- Ability to learn EMR charting systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effectively and respectfully communicate both verbally and in writing in a multitude of situations and settings, including highly emotional interactions.
- Effectively work with and build relationships with others.

- Competitive pay structure starting at $21.96-$24.30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.
