Position Details
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Location: Hopewell Grove – Chillicothe, Ohio
Sign-On Bonus
Registered Nurses (RN): Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Support residents, families, and fellow team members with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
