WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely transport clients between their homes, program sites, and appointments in company vehicles
- Maintain accurate trip logs, including pick-up/drop-off times and passenger counts
- Assist clients in and out of vehicles as needed, ensuring safety and comfort
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff
- Remain flexible to accommodate schedule changes or urgent transportation needs
- Flexibility to the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behaviors
- Ability to communicate and interact respectfully with individuals and families
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in transportation, healthcare, or behavioral health preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
