After School Direct Support Professional - Part Time & PRN Hours Available
WHAT WE OFFER
- $250 Performance Bonus (90 days after first visit - terms apply)
- Competitive hourly rate
- Flexible scheduling to fit your life - hours available from 3pm til 10pm depending on assignment
- Assignments available in Burlington, Mercer, Union and surrounding counties (this is not a group home setting)
- Supervision, training and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in every interaction
- Plan and implement activities at home and at community locations
- Be available to help students with homework
- Maintain the safety and well being of those you're supporting
- Maintain accurate records
- Maintain compliance with all service standards
- Available after 3pm two or three times per week to provide services in an individual's home
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to empowering others
- Experience with youth with individual/developmental disabilities and behaviors
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
