Licensed Therapist Job Overview
Hopemark Health is hiring licensed psychotherapists (PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our growing integrated psychiatry and psychotherapy practices in the Chicagoland area. This is a full-time therapist position (30–40 hours/week), with competitive, experience-based compensation and hybrid scheduling options.
Ideal candidates bring a trauma-informed approach to care, thrive in collaborative clinical environments, and are motivated to work at the intersection of traditional therapy and emerging psychedelic-assisted treatments. Prior experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is welcomed but not required.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
As a licensed therapist at Hopemark Health, your primary clinical duties will include:
- Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s mental health needs
- Providing traditional psychotherapy for general psychiatry patients, including those with depression, anxiety, and trauma
- Conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including referring primary care providers and psychiatrists
- Maintaining thorough, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and patient records
- Providing a flexible, empathic, and patient-centered approach across all sessions
Therapist Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Credentials
- Master’s degree or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Marital & Family Therapy
- Active Illinois license in one of the following: PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in adult individual and/or group therapy
- Demonstrated experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex mental health conditions
- Trauma-informed care training or equivalent clinical approach
Preferred Experience & Certifications
- Experience with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification
- DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) training or certification
- Neuropsychological testing experience
- Experience working with diverse adult populations
- Prior work in collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team settings
- Knowledge of the psychological effects of psychedelics or ketamine-assisted therapy
