Our newly opening Residential Treatment Home (RTH) in Tigard, Oregon is seeking a qualified Part-Time Clinical / Administrative Coordinator (QMHP) to provide clinical oversight and support program operations in a small residential setting serving up to five adults. This position plays a key role in treatment coordination, documentation oversight, staff guidance, and administrative support to meet Oregon Health Authority (OHA) requirements. The coordinator will work closely with program leadership and direct care staff to maintain high-quality services in a 24/7 residential treatment environment. The schedule is flexible within weekdays; however, the coordinator must be on-site and provide an updated weekly schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must hold a current QMHP-C credential and possess a master’s degree and/or professional license in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field. The candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a 24/7 Residential Treatment Home (RTH) or another residential mental health treatment facility. Outpatient-only experience is not acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
The coordinator will provide clinical oversight and treatment coordination, review and oversee client documentation and service plans, support and guide direct care staff, and assist with administrative and compliance-related tasks. The candidate must be willing to review and understand responsibilities outlined in OAR 309-035-0100 through 309-035-0281 for this administrative position.
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
