About the Role
In this position, the BCBA will evaluate client needs, design and oversee behavior‑analytic treatment plans, and guide the clinical delivery of ABA services in home‑based environments and at our office in the Detroit, MI metro area. The role also includes providing mentorship and support to Behavior Technicians while building strong, collaborative partnerships with families.

Service Area, Schedule, Work Environment
- Service area: Wayne County, MI (includes Detroit)
- Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Work Environment: primarily In-Home, some Clinic-Based
Key Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments and conduct routine reviews of client progress
- Create, update, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs
- Review treatment data and adjust programming based on clinical indicators
- Work closely with caregivers to promote skill generalization and treatment consistency
- Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards, clinical best practices, and payer requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Behavior Science, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience designing and implementing ABA‑based treatment programs
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to support clinical staff
- Effective analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to provide in-home services
